Quality Policy

We are committed to maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring that our products and systems meet or exceed client specifications, regulatory requirements and our own internal quality standards. This commitment is based on the principle that maintaining effective and consistent implementation across all levels of our operations will result in the continuous satisfaction of our customers' needs.

Our intention is to offer the highest quality, safest and most reliable systems available to our clients. We focus on being the leader in quality rather than the lowest cost. We set and follow our quality objectives as a core part of our business.

We are committed to engaging in a continual process of improvement for both the management functions of our organization and the systems we design. If and when a problem arises, we will communicate with our customer and take action to resolve the problem. 

Quality assurance across all level of our operations is the responsibility of:

  1. The Board of Directors, who have the responsibility for the creation of high standards and continual vigilance to maintain those standards;
  2. Quality Manager and Quality Control Inspector, who are charged with the development and implementation of our quality systems; and
  3. Each employee, who is responsible for producing quality work and always striving for continual improvement.
