Pre-commissioning and Start-up services are offered when fabrication and delivery is complete and the system has been installed on site. Our quality field services rely upon maintaining open lines of communication with our clients with our goals set on maintaining complete customer satisfaction.
During Pre-commissioning and Start-up:
The mechanically-complete system is inspected to ensure conformance with specifications and design documentation;
Each instrumentation loop is checked to ensure proper operation;
A site acceptance test (SAT) is completed with client sign off;
Regulatory approval and testing (RAT) of the system is achieved;
Operator training is provided to operations personnel;
Maintenance and testing training is provided to maintenance personnel;
The system is started up;
Any modifications or updates are done through a management of change process.
