Fabrication

CSI maintains a fully-equipped fabrication facility in Calgary, Alberta. At this facility we assemble complete skids and custom-designed BMS control panels. CSI is committed to ensuring a quality product. We have a dedicated QC manager and a shop foreman that manage our fabrication operations in Calgary.

Test Facilities

CSI test facilities include a MMIC panel which can simulate up to 20 analog inputs, 50 relays to simulate valves with position feedback, 20 lights and 65 switches to simulate DI’s. We also have all necessary calibrated instruments such as pressure calibrators, temperature calibrators, combustion analyzers, loop simulators, and multi-meters. In addition to this we have a test facility for pilots that can subject the pilot to a variety of pressures, winds, rain etc….
