CSI has a well organized and efficient management staff that are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget and meets or exceeds the client expectations. The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective management of internal and external projects for CSI. Project Management involves planning, coordinating and directing human resource management, document management, project accounting, and contact management.
CSI has developed a comprehensive database system to facilitate the specification, purchasing, receiving and documentation of instrumentation equipment. This gives us the ability to handle large quantities of instruments efficiently.
