High Energy Ignition Modules eHEnergizer PHE-24 and PHE-120 are CSA approved and designed to ensure the safe, reliable ignition of process heater, boiler and other combustion equipment pilots. The eHEnergizer guarantees an efficient operating environment, minimizing the risk and costly down time often associated with traditional High Voltage Ignition Systems (HVI).
Compact and lightweight, the eHEnergizer requires minimal space, fastening directly to the pilot. Installation is quick and simple due to the strategic design that allows the igniter tip to be removed without removing the pilot.
Built from military grade, high quality solid state electronic components, the eHEnergizer has no moving, or high stress components to wear out. All of the components operate at less than 70% of their rated capacity. As well, the module has an extremely wide operating temperature range (-50C to +75C).
Our eHEnergizer modules fit into existing pilots typically found in the refining, oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical industries, making them ideal for both retrofit and new installation applications.
Models are available in either 24V (dc) or 120V (ac). The 24V (dc) requires less than 1A for operation, therefore the unit can be driven directly from the Burner Management System (BMS) PLC with no interposing relay.
