The Pilot Manager combines our eHEnergizer high energy igniter with a microprocessor-based flame relay. We designed the Pilot Manager in order to provide a highly safe and reliable method to both ignite and manage the pilot flame. The pilot can be ignited even when the furnace is purged with steam or there is soot or water buildup on the igniter tip. The flame relay proves that the pilot flame is stable and provides an alarm contact output if the pilot is extinguished.
Integrating the flame relay and high energy igniter into one package greatly simplifies wiring and installation, reduces cost and significantly increases reliability. The Pilot Manager mounts directly to a typical refinery pilot and is intended to operate in hazardous and dirty environments exposed to all weather conditions. Never worry about your pilot again.
