Current burner management systems in the hydrocarbon industry have significant problems that contribute to operational difficulty and safety. These problems are frequently related to poor ignition methods, lack of flame detection, and improper startup control. Many of these systems are not able to meet the new environmental and safety standards. Our BMSs are specifically designed to overcome these problems; they are completely reliable and provide safe ignition and operation in the most rugged of environments.
Our complete burner management systems typically consist of burner piping, instrumentation, valves and control panels assembled together on a skid. Our services include the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of each project.
